Soundcore is an absolute gem! IMO, pretty underrated company with some of the best earbuds for the best prices.
Firstly, their headphones are amazing. Owned a pair of Liberty 2 Pro's for the past year and had no problems with them up until they broke (likely from my quite heavy usage as they were my daily driver). They were past the warranty period and I couldn't get a replacement but I asked if I could get a discount for a new pair and was offered 15 percent off with no problems, with very quick responses at that, this all took like a day to figure out.
A bit more about the headphones, super HQ sound, adjustable EQ settings, a very polished and premium app. No complaints, it just works. Also, in their pro series TW earbuds I really like the case designs as they just slide up with a satisfying snap (super fun to fidget with and gives the case a more premium feel rather than a hinge design).
Soundcore is the prime example of how a company should be run, and I really like the way their products are designed. 10/10 would buy again (next pair is on its way).

So far the best headphones i ever had. good support . programs to calibrate and all. like it. i wish there was way to calibrate headphones over wire not only wireless mode.

The microphone doesn't work properly on the earbuds and some songs have a strange sound, i think the ones with a more heavy bass

Excellent sound at a good price

Had an issue with earbud fitting. Customer service got in touch quickly with good advice and offer of refund. Resolved issue and am very pleased with result.

I am very pleased with my Soundcore buds. They are very comfortable to wear easy to carry around, and the sound is great, very crisp, clear, smooth sound. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Good battery nice sound good product

Sound quality is really poor for these headphones with lot of echo. Both head phones remain out of sync and producing noticable delay. It destroys any usability as the delay and echo is very distracting as feel you are trying to catchup on two conversations at same time. Possibly a defective product being shipped out. Nevertheless expected better from Anker brand.
